Overview

Croke ("we", "our", or "the app") is a crokinole scoring application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about what data we collect.

Information We Collect

When you use Croke, we may collect:

• Account information: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
• Game data: Match scores, game history, and statistics you create while using the app.
• League/tournament data: Information related to leagues and tournaments you participate in.
• Operational diagnostics: During League sessions, we may record app interactions, session and table identifiers, timer and connection changes, scan and synchronization results, and technical errors. We do not intentionally include passwords, authentication tokens, email addresses, raw QR contents, notification tokens, or text entered into arbitrary fields in these logs.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the scoring and statistics features
• Display your name and profile in leaderboards and match results
• Sync your data across devices
• Enable league organizers to manage sessions
• Diagnose connection, scanning, table-assignment, timer, and scoring problems

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Raw League-session diagnostics are restricted to Croke support tooling and are not available to League Organizers or other app users. They are normally retained for up to 90 days, unless a shorter period is required or a specific incident record must be retained longer for support or security purposes.

Third-Party Services

Croke uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: For authentication and data storage
• Google Sign-In: For optional account authentication

Your Rights

You can:

• Use the app without signing in (limited features)
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us
• Sign out at any time to stop syncing data

Children's Privacy

Croke is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
